Rejoining MFP after about 1 yr off

Hello MFP Peeps, I belonged to MFP in 2010 and it helped me a great deal. Looking to dive back in and make some improvements. I'm super active love the outdoors, trail runs, hiking. . Currently hitting the gym and train in MMA, however I'm taking a mini break from MMA, but ready to go back in a month or 2. I live life to the fullest because you only live once and any time wasted can never be given back. Aside from changing up my workouts I'm looking to change my eating habbits and avoid processed foods so any help in that area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading :)
