    Current 1-rep maxes... all recorded lifts are done with no equipment (straps, belt, wraps etc), belt just came in the mail so I'll probably try my 1-rep maxes with it within the next month or two.

    OHP: 155

    Squat (High Bar ATG): 315

    I just finished a 12 week strength peaking cycle. I included the highest calculated 1RM as well as the average 1RM across the 12 weeks. Lift: Average; Highest

    Height: 6'3"
    BW: Bulking during the 12 weeks, from 240 - 252 lbs.

    Squat: 450; 525
    Deadlift: 460; 504
    Bench Press: 325; 360
    Strict Standing Overhead Press: 203; 235

    2 Mile run time: 14:51

    I don't know my true ORMs. I haven't tested them, yet. But, as of 12/26...

    BW: 156.4 lbs
    Squat: 3 x 5 x 175 => 204 calculated ORM;
    Bench: 3 x 5 x 155 => 184 calculated ORM;
    Overhead: 3 x 5 x 95 => 113 calculated ORM;
    Deadlift: 1 x 5 x 225 => 282 calculated ORM;
    Chin-Ups: 12, 9, 10 (all BW);
