Hi all.

Options
After a bicycle crash last spring I have been rather sedentary while healing. Then I couldn't seem to get going again.

So now I want to shed 15-20 pounds and get back into riding shape. I've put in today's stats and look forward to good days in the future.

    My sister-in-law was really into biking and then suffered a crash that fractured her arm. She has not gotten back on since. I applaud you for hopping back on the horse.

    I was really worried I would be afraid when I first got back in the saddle. But there were just a couple of moments of nerves, then I got my rhythm and was fine.
