Goal?

Hey pals.
I would like to set some mini goals/check points for myself...especially with this new year coming up. I weighed in today at 195.5 and I am 5'3. My goal weight is a size 10 (currently a size 16). I am not too concerned with the "weight" as much as I am inches, but I would like to get to a good weight.

What would be an ideal goal weight and what time frame should I expect? I am a black female, blessed with hips, buns, and thighs...and I want to keep most of that; my stomach, arms, and some thighs can go though! LOL
