introducing myself

Hi everyone, I'm excited to join mfp. About 2 years ago I lost about 20lbs and have slowly been gaining it back about 15lbs :<
I hope that this website will be motivating for me. The photos i've seen are very inspirational.

I like to run and am planning on running another marathon this spring. I also want to get in shape for that and try and lose the 15-20lbs again. I know it doesn't seem like a lot but I'm only 5"2 so every lb seems to show on me. I thought I'd get ahead start on the dreaded Jan. 1st resolutions and I'm on day 2 of Dr. Oz's 3 day detox diet. The drinks are quite filling but it's hard not to eat especially after all the holiday goodies!
