I hear a lot of people upset and down on themselves they only lost 1 lb, well....



Yup, look at that! Even though the start of your weight loss may seem slow, your weight isn't moving as fast as you would like, then look at this. This is that "only 1 f******* lb* For ever 1 lb you lose, one of those is coming off you. Imagine it just melted away from your body. So don't be disheartened after hard work that it's only 1 lb because I still think it looks pretty impressive.
