New Guy Bulking and Cutting

Hey everyone. I'm relatively new to MFP. I am in the middle of a bulking cycle to gain weight/lean body mass . I started at 165 lbs. and approx. 10.5% BF about 9 weeks ago. I used MFP to calculate a 1 pound per week weight gain and I weigh 175 lbs. as of today. I'm looking to add another 5-10 lbs. before I start cutting. My eventual goal weight is 173-175 lbs. at 8% BF. Please send a friend request if you would like to share ideas, critique food logs, and generally push each other on our workouts. Thanks and good luck to all of you in meeting your goals!
