New here. Just testing to see how this will work. Been there, done that in weight loss. I know how to do it, but my motivation fluctuates. I have a couple of friends who are on here already, so that might help!

That's what I thought when I first got here, but I've learned so much since then.
Now I'm all about small sustainable change and gradually creating new healthier habits rather than revamping my whole life and reverting in times of stress. Small changes have been so much easier to stick with.
