How long has it taken you to lose 30? You look fantastic.
I am looking to lose 30-40 and lost 5-8 quickly but have not dropped much in last 3 weeks.
I admit I probably weigh too often and also struggle with drinking tons of water. Any suggestions that worked for you?

Thanks!! It took me a year to lose this! It was slow and I've been off track for a while now but still some how kept losing. I'm trying to get back on track. All I did in the beginning was drink a lot of water, work out and stay under my calories..
