I'm going out for dinner and want to know what will be the healthiest, low calorie choice on this menu, I want something that's under 1300 calories for the meal, PLEASE HELP

Lowest calories - I'd skip dessrt, go for one of the grilled fish (snapper or salmon) or the smallest steak options for main course, and have it with salad, dressing on the side.
But to be honest if you have 1300 claories to use, I'd just pick your favoruite things!0 -
