Sometimes i forget this a community and i don't really share as much as a should so here we go!
Hello! I'm a 24 year old woman who has been working on my body since September 2011! I workout 4-6 days a week, eat right and live with a positive attitude. I also have a blog with over 1700 followers. Thought i would share a couple progress photos with you guys. Some inspiration for the new year!
First one is a one year difference. Christmas eve 2011 (left) Christmas eve 2012 (right)
The next one is about a 7 month process. June 2012 (left) December 2012
I'm so proud of the progress i have made. Looking for a great 2013. I have races lined up and i'm ready to be way closer to my goal weight next year. :happy:

You look amazing! What keeps you motivated? What is the name of your blog?
Alot things motivate me.
A. If you want something you're going to work for it!
In my case this is key because i really want it. Especially every time i post a progress photo!
B. I made it a lifestyle change not a chore.
After the first two months of working out/counting calories weightloss just becomes your lifestyle.
C. TREAT YO SELF! (parks and rec reference)
As of right now i have lost weight by treating myself. I mean i'm young and self confessed wine-o/social drinker. This is the area where i treat myself the most I DRINK. I have cut back from college days but i drink 2-4 times a month! The same goes for food!!!! I just had breakfast of raisin bread, peanut butter, banana and two triangles of chocolate.
D. Setting a good example!
I don't have kids but i have 3 nieces and 3 nephews! I want to set a good example for them and be the aunt who goes hiking and camping. I also like to beat them in races and set a example for proper nutrition and body positivity. This also goes for when I eventually have kids.
