hey guys i was on here before earlier in the year and lost alot and was much healthier and happier but injured my ankle and you know how it goes.. cant exercise on my ankle.. get more and more unfit which = losing interest in exercise then my old eating habits crept back..
SOOOOO here i am post christmas and ready to strip some fat, would love some more friends to encourage each other as that was the main thing for me that helped me keep going, i am 5'5 and have gone back up to 152lb - when i was last on here i was 132lb and my goal is 126lb
