It's day 1 today! After being approx 20 lbs overweight for the last year, I've finally had enough and want to get rid. I joined MFP last year but having had ups and downs in my weight this year, I've actually ended the year 05.lbs lighter than this time last year. Enough is enough.
I'm hoping you guys can help me along the way
