Here is my ticker. I will put in my total miles for today at the end of the day. Are we counting just exercise miles or overall day's miles (I wear a pedometer all day to capture all my steps & how far I walk total)? Also, still waiting for an answer on where the spreadsheet will be.

Goal for January will be 150 miles. I have set myself a personal challenge (the idea coming from this awesome challenge) to do 2,013 miles in 2013.

10.78 miles on the elliptical and cycle to start the year.
Hadn't planned that much, but when I got to the gym, the ellipticalls were all taken. By the time one opened up, I was already about 9 miles in on the cycle. Guess I'll just have to get there earlier next time.0 -
