10.2 miles for my long run this am
97.52/95 complete.
Wooohooo. I made my goal for January and I still have 2 short runs left for the month plus 1 treadmill workout Wednesday and a lunch walk Monday.
Onto figuring out february's goal.

Just 2.5km (1.55mile) to add, but it was with 220m down and up of stairs through beautiful breath taking forest and waterfalls racing with the rain today. I am lucky to live in an area with spectacular cliff and valley walks and I am so glad I am now fit enough to enjoy them, not huffing and puffing and cursing my way through it.
