Hi all Aussie mum here looking to lose 20kg = 44lbs
I am currently a SAHM looking to return to some kind of work this year. My girls are 13, 11 and 2. My older 2 have just started high school (one last year, one this year) and the 2yr old is beginning day care 2 days a week.
My favourite workouts at home are Class Sugar Fit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_gApyLJIT4&playnext=1&list=SP7E70CF0C6EE6813B each usually around 10 minutes long so I can squeeze them in throughout the day

Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper and Tae Bo also have heaps of videos on YouTube. YouTube had been my go to for workouts before I joined the gym.0
