I just read an article that Rikki Lake is starting up a website to help kids deal with their weight issues (much like MFP helps us adults)

I think it's great! Even though my child is not obese (she's actually on the skinny side for height & age), I will be signing her up. I NEVER want her to go through what I went through as a kid. It's our job as parents to be proactive about watching our kids food and teaching them how to be healthy!

    Wow, a couple of my younger cousins (both around 10 yrs, maybe 4ft, and well over a hundred pounds) could definitely use this! Thanks!

    That is awesome! There are some other one's out there I found, but I really like Ricki Lake. I'll have to show my teenybopper this one. Thanks for posting!
