I'm new to the board but old to the goal

I have recently made the decision to take my life back into my hands. I have really made a mess of it and it is way past the time to straighten it out.

One of the ways that matter is to get back into some kind of shape (other than the shape I am in).Hence here I am. I think this will be a valuable tool to use.

I am open to make friends here so just ask. :wink:
