10 weeks until mud run?

I just found out there is a Gladiator Mud run local in ten weeks. I REALLY want to do it but am not sure I have time to train for it. The upper body stuff is what gives me pause. I run daily 3-5 miles with one long run each week.Been doing Jillian Shred a couple days a week for the last month but other than that not much in the wau of weights or strength training. I know I would have to kick that part into gear big time which is kind fo the kick in the butt I need but I don't want to be in anybody's way come race day. What do all y'all think? Zilla
