I've been using mfp for a few months now, really started focussing on what I eat in the last two weeks as I've been listenning to/intrigued by the CutTheFat podcasts! They're really helping me to manage my food & nutrient intake :) Anyway I've got quite a taste for this fat loss thing now I'm doing pretty well at it so I'd love to add a few people in a similar position as myself to follow & keep myself motivated! :)

    Thank you (: added!

Is there anybody else out there? Male or female? I also use Runkeeper if there's anybody with that who wants somebody new on their friends list!

I use Map My Run (Runkeeper kept ditching my efforts). I also want to better control my eating habits.
Feel free to add if interested

Oh yeah, I might give that one a try! I only downloaded Runkeeper as it syncs with my Withings Scales/account :) Consider yourself added! Thank you
  • I need people too. I have a really hard time losing weight. I lose it then I lose interest and quit and I don't want to do that this time. I am also the worlds worse person for exercising and I need to start and need a lot of motivational help with it.

Depends how you're losing it, you need to configure a diet to your lifestyle, something that you can maintain & therefor enjoy. I absolutely love vegetables so I've not found it too hard altering my diet & the motivation I have to exercise has come from seeing results from my diet & wanting to speed them up a bit! You shouldn't take on too much at once! Make small changes & don't expect massive results in no time - as the CutTheFatPodcast guys say, you wont GAIN 5lb in a day, so don't expect to LOSE 5lb in a day! Just focus on eating healthier to begin with :) & small steps that you'll be able to maintain as you alter your lifestyle further & further (: sorry for going on!
