What I am willing to give up: Excessive "naughty" foods, 30 min of relaxation a day to run, my old fat pants.

What I am not willing to give up: Booze

Free time - I exercise instead of sitting around, watching tv

Over eating - I stick to my calorie goal

Soda - only because I can't moderate myself. I can't stop at one....I have to have 5. And that's too many calories.

    - 2 hours of extra sleep in the morning.

    - food that doesn't moo, cluck, gobble, or come from the ground.

    - opinions of others when I say "no, thanks" to their fatty, grease laden meals when I visit...:grumble:

There are many things I need to eliminate from my life to be the kind of person I want to be. That doesn't necessarily have to do with fitness, though.
