How do you long this under exercise? It's a 60 min class ? Anyone?Thank you!

The class I teach is 1 hour total with warm up, cool down, and stretching. I would log an hour under exercise.0

I use bicycling, stationary, vigourous effort -- then I load in my calories from my heart rate monitor - its different every day - I take some spin classes that are 60 minutes, some 45 and sometimes I jump on the spin bike just for cardio....but thats the setting I use.0

If you're using a heart rate monitor, I would log the whole time- but ideally the time when you are in your heart rate zone, so after you have warmed up.0
