Paleo - Need advice on hitting calorie count

All,
I have been a dedicated Paleo follower for almost 2 years. With the combination of CrossFit and keeping low carbs, I am shedding my excess BF. However, my caloric intake number is very low. I am looking to get more calories in with high fat/high protein foods that will also keep my under 100g/carb per day. Any paleo friendly food suggestions to help me reach this goal?
My current daily intake looks something like this:
Body weight: 136-138lbs
Height: 5'7
Calories BEFORE workouts: 1300-1600
Protein: 125g-140g
Fat: 80g-90g
Carb: 40g-75g
Thanks!

Your protein seems pretty high already for your weight.
Ideas:
Avocado
almonds, nut butter
cook your veggies in a little more coconut oil or animal fat
eat a yummy TB of coconut butter/manna, or make some toasted coconut flakes as a snack
bulletproof coffee (blend grass-fed butter or ghee into your coffee)
Make easy to eat things like meatballs... I love the Czech meatballs from Well Fed.
You have room for a sweet potato... especially post-workout as a recovery food. That will give you good cals, and bump up your carbs, but still keep you under 100g and help to refuel.0 -

^^^ Everything above. Pretty comprehensive and sound list.0 -
Not sure why you would be worrying about carbs if you are not wanting to lose more weight? Like said above yams are good cal boosters, more berries, and fruit wouldn't hurt either.
I do Paleo too, and I look at it like this, carbs are ok as long as they are paleo carbs. Paleo is not a low carb diet, it's low carbs because it's kind of hard to load up on carbs when you are eating real natural foods.0
