Going over macros or other nutrients bad?

Is going over your macros bad even if you're still significantly under calorie. Like today (I like to log all my food before hand to track it better, and with my egg whites, protein shake, and lamb i'm over protein by 10 grams. Is that bad? even though the calorie total is only 899?
Also on christmas and christmas eve I was over on my fat (roast beef and desert) but still under on calories, how bad is that?
and I've seen just now that I'm often over on sugar, but I haven't had a single day that I'm not under calorie. So how important is it to be on or under all these values?

    TL;DR answer: No.

    Detailed answer:

In terms of weight loss, if you're in a caloric deficit you will continue to lose weight regardless of macronutrient intake.

However, if you're going OVER on one or more macronutrients while still in a deficit, then you are also going UNDER on one or more macronutrients.

Example using numbers I am pulling out of my *kitten*:

Suppose you need 1250 calories with 100g protein, 100g carbohydrate, and 50g fat.

If you eat 200g carbohydrate and 100g protein, and you still hit 1250 calories, that means you're only eating about 5g of fat.

While this is a rather extreme example, it should show you where, at some point, this could be problematic (in the above example, I wouldn't repeatedly neglect dietary fat over the course of several weeks).

Once again though, this nerdy example is just to illustrate a point. The reality is, it's probably fine if you're not doing this to any level of ridiculousness.
