Forum Trolls
I think the worst forum trolls are the ones who don't know they are doing it.
To everyone on here:
1) You do not know everything.
2) This is a place for discussion.
3) Because it is a place for discussion, we are allowed to be wrong, that's why it needs to be discussed.

Edited per community guideline 17. No Profane, Vulgar, or Sexually Explicit Language
No explicit, sexual, insulting or vulgar content including expletives, or sexual innuendo, will be permitted. This includes the use of non-alphabetical characters to approximate expletives or other objectionable language. Publicly visible text on MyFitnessPal should be work-place friendly.

False. To be a troll, one has to be aware they are doing it.0
-
And I need my daily dose of hilarious gifs :-D0

But like I said. It's the ones who don't know they are doing it that are worse than others. And that has nothing to do with the internet, that's just me I like to goof around. Or maybe it's because I've been on the net since I was 9 in '95. But some people go in there and cause chaos without even realizing it.0

Just because I know it all... or at least I know how to google... and because i felt so confused by the OPs definition of a troll...Troll (Internet)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This article is about internet slang. For other uses, see Troll (disambiguation).
In Internet slang, a troll (pron.: /ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is someone who posts inflammatory,[1] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as a forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[2] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.[3]
The noun troll may also refer to the provocative message itself, as in: "That was an excellent troll you posted."
While the word troll and its associated verb trolling are associated with Internet discourse, media attention in recent years has made such labels subjective, with trolling describing intentionally provocative actions and harassment outside of an online context.
For example, mass media has used troll to describe "a person who defaces Internet tribute sites with the aim of causing grief to families."[4][5]
So... I guess my answer is yep sometimes I'm a troll simply because some of my posts have induced a (healthy) emotional response.0 -
