I was certain it was fattening as all get out! I just made it into a recipe on here, and it is a very low calorie meal by itself (with the rice). Holy moly! Seriously, it is 300 calories for a serving! It is intensely filling too! WOW. My mind is blown! True, I usually have two crusty French bread rolls with it… that is probably more calories than the ettouffe! ***jaw drops***
