Biggest Loser Workouts

I do a couple of the Biggest Loser Workouts- Last Chance Workout, At Home Challenge and Weight Loss Yoga. These workouts are very challenging. I've tried to find a concrete answer as to how many calories these kinds of workouts burn, and I've come up with anywhere from 350 to 800 calories per workout. That is a huge range. Has anyone found a website that gives you an accurate calorie burn for these types of workouts or do you know what they would be catagorized as in the exercise section on MFP? Thanks for any help :)

  • I do them too and was searching for answers as well! I have seen as low as 89 and as much as 625. That is a huge range!
