I need all the help I can get

Last year on a medical diet with appetite suppressants and a 1200 calorie diet plan, I went from 326 pounds to 246. But for the last 4 months I have been hovering between 248-256. I am trying to get off the pills and make this a permanent lifestyle change! At 5'11', I still have at least 80 more pounds to lose. I really want this but I am really starting to doubt myself. Any and all help/motivation/support will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
