I have had fun just getting a load of veggies and stuff and experimenting.
My staple drink is 2 carrots, an apple and something green like kale, spinach or broccoli.
And other times I get creative and freeze my concoction, including the pulp and eat it like ice cream.
Here is a kooky guy I really like who is all into juicing.

Thats great thank you. And freezing it and eating it like that sounds like a great idea! I may have to try it.

Favorite Green drink, love this on an empty stomach, so energizing...
celery (chunk it up to prevent long strings if that affects your juicer)
fuji apple (remove the seeds, they contain some cyanide)
fresh spinach (bagged I find to be drier...prefer the bunches)

    Optional slice fresh ginger
Optional clove garlic for immune boost

Note that the garlic and ginger may be too strong on an empty stomach:)

Well, my main 5 ingredients are:

    Red Delicious Apples
    Carrots
    Parsley
    Spinach
    Beets

I will add for flavoring one sometimes, one of the following:

    Fresh Basil
    Ginger root

I make enough for 3 days at a time, and use 8oz mason jars to store it. When I am juicing regularly I will have 3 to 5 of these jars of juice a day. People will try and say you must drink it right when you make it. They are full if the product that exits a bulls rear end. But do not save it for more than 3 days. Remember, you are making it, so it is not pasteurized and is more susceptible to bad critters growing in it, and then infecting you.

    Parsley.....:grumble:

I can't juice that very well as it clumps up and jams the machinery.
    And parsley is SUPER HEALTHY!

Yeah… this is why gear juicers are so much better than the spinning centrifugal ones. A little more $$ but overall you get SO MUCH MORE juice from them! The pulp comes out of them dry. It is amazing!!!
