    What part of TN are you in? I am in TN as well and could use a workout buddy. I don't go running because of joint problems and asthma but I try to do the insanity workouts as well as going to the gym and I need someone to keep me motivated that is willing to work out with me.

    I do not run but I am in Tn, its a pretty big state. How about a region? Memphis area? Nashville area? KNox Area, Chattanooga Area?
