Thank goodness for crunches!!!

I can't believe it....all this work in the gym and the pool and I manage to hurt my back shaving my legs!!! I was sitting on a bench in the shower and bent over. Something went "thunk' and shifted in my lower back.
I have no idea what I have done and if it's not better in the morning I will be calling my chiropractor! But in the meantime, thank goodness for all the ab work I have been doing, cause I can feel that my abs are the only thing holding me up at the moment!!!!
