low calorie snacks

I am looking for low calorie snacks - what are your ideas? :happy:

    What is low calorie to you? For me my snacks can range from 100-300 calories. Some I enjoy often are

    -Hummus with crackers, or cut up veggies
    -Greek yogurt
    -Turkey pepperoni and laughing cow cheese
    -Cottage cheese
    -Oatmeal
    -Fruit - apple, banana, cantaloupe, berries
    -Slice of toast with peanut butter
    -Hard boiled eggs
    -Multigrain tostitos with salsa
    -Nuts - especially pistachios
    -Granola bars...I'm not a huge fan but a lot of people love them!

    Thanks for the idea about using celery with it. :) I never thought of that! That is going to be my new go to snack.

    clementines- soo yummy and on sale this time of year

    unshelled peanuts- when I have to shell it takes longer, which is good.
    if I'm done with my snack in seconds. that's just not satisfying.

    mix canned black beans with salsa + romaine leaf folded like a taco
    they also work for dinner when everyone else is having tortillas/100 cal each or more.

    @katy_trail I love the tip of mixing black beans with salsa and folding it into a lettuce wrap. Genius!

  • yogurt-greek is best
    peanut butter sandwich with whole grain slice of break or sandwich skinnys
    handful of almonds
    stick of lowfat mozzerella cheese
    egg substitute and some laughing cow cheese (low cal for good sized portion)
    a bagel flat
    handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips
    vegetable juice or a smoothie
    a bowl of whole grain cereal with skim or almond/soy milk
    pretty much any fruit or veggie
    fiber one brownie

    Any low sugar fruit, any non starchy vegetable - huge variety available.
