Hello! New here =)

I am a 26 year old mother of 2 ages 4 and 18 months. I want to start the new year out getting my body back before kids. I have about 100 lbs to lose and I have a very unsupportive significant other and would love some support here! I started 2 days ago and in my weigh in today I lost 2lbs so far and my body hasn't even gotten use to the change! Hoping that's a good sign. Since I can't go to a gym I bought a recumbent bike for Christmas. The hardest par is at night when I binge snack while I'm falling asleep. My medication tends to make me hungry. Hoping for some suggestions to keep the night time eating at bay!
