Half way to my goal!! Pic Heavy

Today is day 80 (I think) on MFP. I've lost 17 lbs!!! I'm 5'5", start weight 159, current weight 142.2, goal weight 125 :) I'm so happy with my progress, and have just started heavy lifting!!!

    I googled until my eyes hurt. Lol, it's so confusing when you start. I just found one exercise that I liked for each muscle group and work every muscle group every other day, so for example I lift on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, saturday is my rest day. I also do cardio on all those days as well as Monday and Friday I use enough weight that I can not do more than my 10 reps with good form. And I do 3 sets of each rep. And you're supposed to switch it up every few weeks, so I'm probably going to have to go out and buy a good book on it, because it really is so confusing.
