Today is day 80 (I think) on MFP. I've lost 17 lbs!!! I'm 5'5", start weight 159, current weight 142.2, goal weight 125
I'm so happy with my progress, and have just started heavy lifting!!!

I googled until my eyes hurt. Lol, it's so confusing when you start. I just found one exercise that I liked for each muscle group and work every muscle group every other day, so for example I lift on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, saturday is my rest day. I also do cardio on all those days as well as Monday and Friday I use enough weight that I can not do more than my 10 reps with good form. And I do 3 sets of each rep. And you're supposed to switch it up every few weeks, so I'm probably going to have to go out and buy a good book on it, because it really is so confusing.0
