Fitness Routines

Hi everyone
Just started this up again, I'm mainly on here to get fit and toned but I find exercising reeeeeeally difficult and can't seem to stay motivated....
Does any one have a special routine they stick to and how do you not get bored with the exercise that you do?
Do you prefer to do it in the morning or evening?----Not sure why I ask this as I know I wouldn't be able to get up in the morning before work to exercise....

I eat breakfast at around 8:30-9:30 then go to the gym at like 10:30-11:00 stay there til like 1pm, take protein shake, eat lunch, eat dinner.
GymRoutine: I do 10 minute cardio, workout, 30-45 minute of cardio.
Workout Routine:
Chest
Back
Shoulder
Arms/Legs
Pretty much gym every day and I do these in order. Changing up different exercises every week. One day I will do Strength Training where I lift super heavy, the next time I will do high repetitions low weights. Helps alot to change things up so it doesn't get too boring and so your muscles don't adapt to the same routine.0 -
I have 3 kids 4 yrs and under so I don't get out of the house too much to work out. So i like to excercise before i eat anything in the morning...as soon as the little 2 that take naps go down, I workout and then I eat a slimfast shake and get on with my day. Working out liek that doesn't work for everyone, but if I eat in the AM then work out, I vomit. So.......
