Eating well with kids

I get sooooo many 'incidental' calories from feeding my almost 10 month old twin boys! I feed them lots of healthy things like carrots, avocados, sweet potatoes, peas, blueberries and more....but that is not what I want to munch on. A nibble of apple pancakes here, a slice of cheese or two there, maybe some graham crackers to round it all out.
The past two days....ZERO nibbles of the bad stuff! Only a little of the avocado off the spoon. (Plus stuck 100% to my diet and exercised). Yes!!!!
