    Did it already! 30 minutes cardio, 25 minutes strength, 10 minutes stretch. Then I sat on my butt the rest of the day.

    Love it!!! I HATE excuses more than anything. There are very few that are truly worth missing a workout for. You want it , you GET IT DONE! Simple as that!

    I actually was motivated to go to the gym today. I NEVER go on the weekend but looking at the board where everyone's stomachs look so much better after working out for months I thought I better be getting more of my workouts in during the week. I ended up walking on the treadmill for an hour. It felt great!
