Extra Hungry the Day After Your Workout?

Just wondering if anyone else has experience with this. Not sure how much of this is psychological, but aside from getting hungry after strength training, I sometimes have more of a hankering for meat the day after strength training. Could it be from the strength training the day before or is that not possible?

generally cravings mean your body desires a specific nutrient. Maybe you're not getting enough of meat?0

Reflecting on yesterday, that makes sense. Didn't have much meat after the strength training. Mainly salad.0
