Did you eat too much and now you feel like crap ?

So I said to myself I will just enjoy this holidays ...and I overindulged.
It seems like I have been eating out of anxiety caused by work recently looking for cars to buy.
I'm not a good negotiator and all that made me so anxious I just ate and ate thinking.. I know how to lose it ,,I'll do that next year
It's the 30th of December I weight 199.1 .. I was 194 at the start of december .and my loowest weight on mpf has been 182 !!!!

Why do I do this to myself and justify justify...
Right after I weighed myself I had a hearty fatteting breakfast and now I feel even worse.

    I did but got over it, lol.. The guilt can kill you until you get moving again lol :)

    Feeling the same. Starting weight watchers 1/3/13. Need to lose 20 lbs.

    I ate a bit too much. For me it's more a case of what I ate that's making my tummy unhappy. There were so many of us there (for a week) and I was attempting to be cooperative lol. I'm glad I did it, so many other folks had food issues I decided not to add my own "preferences" to the mix too often.
    But yeah, now my stomach isn't happy. BUT! That can only last so long. I'm back home now and back on track.

    haha. I did the same thing.I felt myself get bigger after every meal or cookie but I just couldn't stop! I'm not going to get myself too worked up about it. That usually just keeps me making bad decisions. I haven't weighed in yet but I've started logging again. Even my one good day today will be better for me in the long run. I can do it -- and you can too! Good luck :D

    I ate so much that I physically hurt.
    And the scale registered 16 added pounds of holiday bloat.
    No Biggie!
    This is my plan every year only these days I lose that bloat by February with additional fitness gains by May.
    Through Summer I maintain, and then this vicious cycle begins again.

  • i know how ya feel. i threw away all my holiday cookies to just get them out of the house. if it is not there i won't eat it.
