Tosca Reno? clean eating, interested!

I recently purchased some Tosca Reno books! The principles of clean eating. I am now looking through her cookbooks. Most of the recipes look pretty darn good.
Help me out, have you tried this? and again help me out about the Cooler 1 method.-have you tried it too, and for how long would you have to?
Just curious on the pros/cons and all the information you can share please :)

    I follow Tosca Reno's eat clean life style. I started January 1st ad have lost at least 10-12 pounds since then (Today is 2/8/13). I don't follow the cooler rules but I follow her gorcery list and items she recommends to eat. Just by following her gudielines I'm losing weight fast.
