Anyone on the Color Star (Asterisks) Diet?

Hi everyone!
I was wondering if anyone else is on this diet, I went to my nutritionist about a month ago and she started me on it. I weighted 64.5 kg now I'm 61.5, still 7 kg to go! I've been on it on and off because of traveling and the holidays... haven't really exercised but I plan on starting with Zuzana Light's workouts on the 1st...so has anyone else tried it?
Also feel free to add me if you want!
