Weekly food menu?

What do you normally eat throughout the week for dinner and lunch? Monday is the day I start my exercising and new eating habits but I want to have an idea of what I need to be eating so that I won't make the wrong choices. Any suggestions?

    Nine servings of low sugar fruits and non starchy veggies in a rainbow of colours, two to three servings of reduced fat dairy, other healthy fats (avocado, nuts, seeds, block creamed coconut, cocoa), mineral rich foods (nuts, seeds, beans, lentils), protein at each meal and snack including oily fish regularly. Spread these through the day and you will be having all the nutrients you need - fruit and veggies you have to start at breakfast or playing catch up is tough. Breakfast I have a smoothie, an omelette (fruit or veggies), low fat soft cheese nuts and berries, or a protein bar and fruit.
