I've just started back on my weight loss plan. If it is like the previous times, I will have wonderful progress for about a month to six weeks and then I will hit a plateau. I have heard that calorie cycling can help push you past these points. I've devised a plan for calorie cycling, but I'm just unclear about one thing. It is based on basic caloric intake or your net intake? I've reread a lot of previous threads about calorie cycling/zig zagging and that's the only question that I have that is left unanswered.

Net intake.
E.g. Eat at your goal daily net for several days, eat at maintenance (or a slight surplus) for a day (net of goal + MFP daily deficit).0 -
