get depressed and irritable when they cant workout? this last week has been particularly difficult with the gym being closed, the weather not being too great for outdoor running and being ill.

    nope - burned over 500 calories yesterday doing kettlebell, bodyweight strength exercises and yoga - no gym? no weather? no excuse!
