Insanity Logging

Folks, this has probably been asked before, so forgive me if it's been done to death.
How do people log their Insanity workouts?
I neither have, nor can I afford a decent heart rate monitor so I can't calculate the individual work outs.
Are people classing them as Circuit Training, Aerobics, what?

when i did insanity, i logged it as high impact aerobics. circuit training seems a little bit too high0

i log it at circuit training. the burn rate is close enough0

before i purchased a HRM i logged it as circuit training. I would deduct about 50-100 cals as it over calculates0

I log mine as high impact aerobics as I too don't have a heart rate monitor......prefer to under estimate than over !!0

Found this website which has the Insanity work outs stored in it's database.
Pretty handy for those trying to log it on here.
