Officially Starting the 1st

I'm officially starting my diet on the first. 2012 has been a very rough year mentally and it has taken its toll on my weight and general attitude about life. I'm not looking forward to dieting because of this at all. But the only other option is to keep packing the pounds on and that's just a stupid choice!. Hopefully 2013 becomes the year to stop letting other people and family get to me and start looking out for me. I did start watching food a couple of days ago (but not officially logging yet). The Fitbit and scale arrive tomorrow... Just in time for the new year to begin.

Anyone have any good websites or iOS recipe applications suggestions? I do like to cook and prefer to try and not eat to much packaged food.

I've successfully lost 50 pounds in the past so I know I can go back to good eating habits and that kind of thing. But this time the depression is a major factor. I'll be looking for some "friends" to help provide some support on the boards. Anyone interested in being a supporting person? I will gladly return it!
