Sloppy Mommy to Fit Mommy - 40 lbs GONE - pics!

I lost 40 lbs with the help of MFP a while back (Sept. 2011 - May 2012). I was able to maintain that weight until October 2012. Then 9 lbs crept back on from October 2012 - December 2012. I thought I would post my success story to help motivate myself to get rid of those 9 lbs in the new year!
Here are my stats:
37 years old
5 feet 0
SW: 161.4 lbs (Sept. 2011)
GW: 121 lbs (attained / maintained in May 2012 - October 2012... see pics)
CW: 129 lbs
Me at 161. 4 lbs (Sept. 2011)

Me at 161. 4 lbs (Sept. 2011)

Me at 121 lbs (May 2011)

Me still at 121 lbs (August 2011)

I remember you! Partially because of your great results, and partially because of the picture of you with your son he has a Red Sox cap and you look like you are at a Portland Sea Dogs game. (I'm a NH girl) You got this! Good for you for tackling any weight creeping back before you even gain 10 lbs back!0

Very nice transformation! You are beautiful and what a gorgeous smile. You got that 9 lbs, go kick it in the butt. Better to catch it now than let it all creep back on.0

For me, it really is all about calories. I don't cut out carbs, fat or alcohol. Of course, eating 1200 calories/day doesn't leave a whole lot of room for lots of the bad stuff so the majority of what I eat can be found in the produce department, dairy and meat dept.
A typical breakfast is raisin bran with skim milk and berries, black coffee
Snack - 1 oz cheese and an apple, water
lunch - garden salad with chicken with balsamic vinegar, a 35 cal yogurt, 2 clementine oranges, diet soda
snack - almonds and grapes, water
dinner - 5 oz salmon, 3 oz sweet potatoes, aperagus and turnip, a glass of red wine
dessert - 100 cal fudge bar, tea
snack - mini bag of popcorn, 100 cal beef jerkey0 -
That's great!! How did you lose that weight in the first place?0

You look great- I have lost 60 pounds total some before MFP but last 40 with. I still have about another 60 to lose.Im sticking with it. You will lose that 9 again. The secret is that you jump on it when you only have 9 to lose. If you dont the 9 turns into 15--20--25--etc. Best of luck
