Trying something new

Hi, my name is Melissa and 4 years ago I decided it was time to lose weight. After losing 50lbs I ran a half marathon. It was the best I had felt in years. I then fell off the workout wagon and stopped truly monitoring what I was eating. Which has gotten me to where I am now--gaining back 30lbs. I have come to the conclusion that I will have to make life style changes and making eating healthy and working out a daily part of my day in order to maintain my desired weight. Not sure I can do it alone!
