Diet schedules... What works for you?

Does anyone have a schedule they stick to that has helped them out? Example: no carbs after 7pm. No coffee after 10am...

I try not to eat after 7:00 pm, if I can help it. I usually go to bed around 9:30 or 10:00 so i don't want to eat that close to bed.0

I heard it's rumored that "no eating after __pm" doesn't really do anything for our weight loss, but I beg to differ. I make sure all my meals and snacks are done by 7 pm on the weekdays and 8 pm on weekends (I'm busier on the weekends). If I'm feeling like I need a little sweet or something I make herbal peppermint tea and relax.
Plus eating to close to bedtime for me causes some acid reflux (for some reason?).0 -
My friend who played professional Basketball and also coached at a Big 12 school said what they told them was if they wanted to gain weight was to eat within I think it was 30 minutes of going to bed, and if they wanted to lose to not eat at least an hour before going to bed. I try to stick with that. It works for me.0

I hate going to bed hungry, I dont get any sleep. So i useally have about 50 cals of protein right before I climb in. It works really well.0

I must exercise before I eat dinner, otherwise I just don't - I get too lazy with full belly.0
