As so many of us are stressing over Christmas indulgences, I thought it might be helpful to compare where we were a month ago, shortly after Thanksgiving.
November 30th, I weighed 136.0
December 30th, I weigh 133.4
My post-Christmas high weight was 137.2 vs.my post-Thanksgiving high weight of 138.4 so I am trending downward. Anyone else care to share?

That does make me feel better lol. My post-Christmas weight was 187.6 and I hoped it was just water retention and it looks like I was right. And my weight today is only up 0.4 lbs from my previous lowest weight, so nothing to stress over.0 -

It's been a roller coaster month. My lowest was 164.5. The last few days have been sodium filled. I attribute the gain to water retention.0 -

Nov 30: 110
Dec 30: 108
But my weight fluctuates between 106 and 108. Trying to maintain but I find that almost as difficult as dieting because with maintenance you don't have anything to look forward to like watching the pounds drop!0 -

Nov 30 190
Dec 30. 194
I think this is water retention mostly, but whatever it will be off before the ides of Jan.
More importantly back around Jun 30 I was 220.0 -
Yes, I looked back at my Thanksgiving weight gain and my heaviest days were day 4 and 5 following. Then the weight came off in pound measurements. I had a heavy sodium day today and will again tomorrow and January 1. I expect to gain temporarily. My cal count is still good. Sodium frustrates the visible loss at the scale.0
